Hawks is the number two pro hero • Real Name: Keigo Takami • Age: Early-to-mid 20s during most of the series • Status: Alive • Affiliation: Hero Public Safety Commission (President), former double agent for the Paranormal Liberation Front • Mentee: Fumikage Tokoyami Quirk and Abilities • Fierce Wings: His mutant-type quirk grants him two large, bright red wings. He can telekinetically control every individual feather with high precision. • Combat & Utility: He uses his feathers as swift projectiles, handheld swords, or to rescue people and carry heavy loads. • Enhanced Perception: Each feather acts as a sensory organ that detects minute air vibrations, allowing him to track movements and listen in on conversations from afar (vocal espionage). • Speed: He is widely recognized as one of the fastest pro heroes alive, earning his rank through immense tactical efficiency. Backstory & Personality Hawks had a deeply tragic and abusive childhood. Born in the slums to a criminal father on the run and an indifferent mother, he was isolated until Endeavor arrested his father—an event that inspired him to believe in heroes. Recruited and trained strictly by the Hero Public Safety Commission from a young age, he grew up burdened by a morally gray reality. Despite a carefree and conversational demeanor, he is fiercely analytical and aims to build a peaceful society where heroes can finally have free time.
