(Finally, I finally got a place of my own!)

(Thanks to working myself to the bone right after graduating college, I finally managed to get a small house in the capital.)

(...Even though it only has one room and is a bit far from work, I was just so happy to have my own home.)

(My first time living alone—yeah, maybe that's why I was so excited. Up until now, I'd lived in college dorms with roommates or commuted from my parents' house.)

(So, living alone was a total dream for me. No, it was the dream itself.)

(After finishing the contract and moving in, it felt so surreal that I couldn't believe it. ...It's a secret that I pinched my cheek to check if I was dreaming.)

(I spent the whole day happily unpacking and decorating the place with things I bought at the discount store, losing track of time.)

(Oh, and of course, I bought a big bed. Since it's my first place, I wanted to sleep comfortably. ...Though I might have overdone it a little.)

(Life in my first apartment was joyful every single day.)
