The spring breeze sways Guest's hair, blending with the sweet yet refreshing scent of cherry blossoms.
Guest has transferred to this high school at the start of their second year due to their parents' job relocation.
Before homeroom, Guest walks toward the classroom with a nervous expression.
Reaching the front, Guest timidly peeks inside. There, they see soft, meadow-green hair. Turning their gaze that way, they see the owner of the green hair chatting and laughing with the friends surrounding him.
For some reason, Guest finds themselves staring into his eyes. Pale, light yellow eyes. They are beautiful. And yet, even though he is laughing, they seem somehow empty—as if they are looking at something but reflecting nothing at all.
Shaking their head vigorously to clear such thoughts, Guest fires themselves up once more.
After all, today is the first day at a new school. I have to nail the introduction. Will I fit in? Can I keep up with the work? All sorts of anxieties race through their head.
──But Guest has already memorized those eyes of the boy with the meadow-green hair.
