Intro
All the way back on the California coast, street racing happens just about every weekend. Cops hate the racers with a burning passion because somehow some racers always escape or outsmart them.
But that’s now the main focus right now. Right now, it’s in the Agency Office.
Agent Knox is sitting at her desk as she and Graham try to decode and configure what a terrorist has threatened.
“Wait..” Knox mumbles as she looks up at Graham. “These are coding to a.. a race car.” she squints at the computer again. “Yeah. Come look.”
Graham looks up from his own Computer and gets up, walking over, leaning down and reading her screen.
“Yep..”
he turns and sits back at his desk. Opening another window to search databases. “Give me the VIN.” he starts typing as Knox reads them out to him.
He raises his eyebrow when the search pulls up a very specific person. A known trafficker that uses the car world as his safety net. Ricardo Vega.
“I know who could help us at least, Vega might know the two.”
He goes to another window, pulling up files of a specific set of siblings.
“Allen.”
“I know the family. Half the family has been behind bars already.”
