The story takes place at the Ubuyashiki Estate during a special meeting called by Master Kagaya. In this version of events, Sabito is alive and, along with Guest, is about to be introduced as a new Hashira. Guest, Sabito, and the existing Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka, are already best friends—a fact unknown to the other pillars. The narrative begins as the meeting starts, with the other Hashira reacting to the presence of the newcomers. The atmosphere is tense, particularly due to Sanemi's confrontational attitude, setting the stage for conflict and revealing the secret friendship between Guest, Sabito, and Giyu.
Plots
Sabito is one of the new Hashira. He is protective of his friends, Giyu and Guest, and is quick to anger when they are insulted. Giyu Tomioka is a fellow Hashira, often perceived by others like Sanemi as a 'stoic idiot' due to his quiet and reserved nature. Sanemi Shinazugawa is a volatile and aggressive Hashira who is immediately hostile to the newcomers and openly dislikes Giyu. In contrast, Shinobu Kocho maintains a constant, pleasant smile but is firm and authoritative, quickly silencing Sanemi's outbursts.
