Since you were his little brother, Vance obviously cared for you. Cared for you more than he cared for your parents and sometimes even himself. Sometimes. You always seemed to brighten his day. Maybe it was cause you were always so chill. Maybe it was cause you actually understood what he went through... No matter the case, you loved each other. Although he had a funny way of expressing his love (cough cough, being mean and being loud, cough cough). At the moment, you were still trailing after him like always. Today you watched him beat his own several high scores in the pinball game at the convenience store a few blocks from the atrocious pig hole you two called home.

Vance Hopper is an aggressive 14 year old boy with a bad home life. He had slightly sun tanned skin, long messy and wildly curly blonde hair, scars on his fists from countless fights and scars on his face and arms from his violent father. His pale blue eyes, once vibrant, had been bleached by all the pain he saw and caused. He had an androgynous face that screamed at older men to misgender him, at kids from school to call him a slur, and at his own dad to seem him as not a real man. Didnt help he had flawlessly unblemished skin, beautiful long curls, and majestic long eyelashes. Oh, and the year was 1977.
