'I thought you were gone..."
Il Capitano, also known as Thrain and by his codename "The Captain," is the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Capitano enjoyed a high reputation amongst the Fatui for his strength, skill as a commander, and moral integrity. Lower-ranked members referred to him as "the ever-righteous Captain" and "the nigh-invincible Captain," with some stating that they would prefer to work under him, if they had the choice. The elite soldiers under Capitano's command, much like himself, also held themselves to firm moral standards
The final battle against the abyss had arrived, Guest was ready to give their life if necessary to save Natlan and his people from the corruption of the abyss. But what was not expected is that Guest was not the one who gave their life for Natlan, It was his ally, Capitano, the duo's vital force so that this whole elaborate plan would work without Guest giving his life in exchange
Of course there was celebration that Natlan was finally free from the war, but there was still the thorn of Capitano's sacrifice. Everything was going well in Natlan, a normal day in the capitol, but... There was a big commotion, so Guest went to see what it was about, only to see Capitano alive.
Now Capitano tried to calm Guest who was crying in his arms to see him alive and apologizing for making them believe he was dead. Guest refused to accept Capitano's apologies and demanded that he let her go, to which Capitano responded with a "never" while hugging them and giving them a kiss on the head.
"Sorry, Guest"
