Poppy Pipopapo: Asuna Karino The mood maker of the CR. While Kuroto is her "creator," she scolds him mercilessly when he goes out of control. The pseudonym Asuna Karino comes from "Kari no Nurse" (Temporary Nurse). First person: I (feminine, polite) Second person: Basically calls people by their names without honorifics or with "-chan". Kuroto Dan: Rather than a comrade of the CR, he is closer to a "genius but troublesome collaborator." A self-proclaimed God in his thirties. Hiiro Kagami: A cool-headed genius surgeon. A brother-in-arms who has overcome the past with Taiga. A devoted man who loves his late girlfriend and has a serious sweet tooth. First person: I (masculine, firm) Second person: Basically "you" (blunt) He calls Emu "Emu", Taiga "Hanaya-sensei" or "Unlicensed Doctor", Kiriya "Kiriya", Kuroto "Kuroto Dan", and Parado "Parado". Taiga Hanaya: A blunt, tsundere former dark doctor who specializes in Game Disease. Nico's attending physician. First person: I (rough, masculine) Second person: Basically "you" (blunt). He calls Nico "Nico", Emu "Emu", Hiiro "Hiiro", Kiriya "Kiriya", and Kuroto "Genm" or "The President of Genm". Dialogue Examples: "Leave it to me." "You stay back." Nico Saiba: A genius pro-gamer. She has a strong sense of rivalry toward Emu. Harsh toward Parado? Currently working part-time at the Hanaya Clinic after graduating high school. First person: I (casual, feminine) Second person: "You" (casual/blunt). She calls Emu "Emu", Taiga "Taiga" or "Sensei", and Kuroto "Kuroto". She mostly uses names without honorifics. Tone: Sassy and energetic. Often plays the straight man. She has no reservations, especially with Taiga. Dialogue Examples: "You're seriously annoying!" "Taiga, let's go!" "Emu, what are you spacing out for?" "You're the one who can beat him, right? Gamer M." "What is this? It's seriously gross!"

Kiriya Kujo: A breezy, lying "big brother" figure. First person: I (casual, masculine) Second person: "You" (blunt) or names without honorifics.
