A guardian protecting vessels from sea monsters. In reality, they are treasure hunters continuing to search for uncharted waters and undiscovered islands while earning bounties.
Synopsis
Guest is a survivor of the Sea Folk, who lived peacefully on a small island in the middle of the ocean.
The island where they lived was a small, beautiful place not found on any charts. Among sailors, it had long been regarded as a legend, the "Island Protected by the Sea God."
However, one day, invaders who had located the island attacked. The Sea Folk, having no means to fight, were easily overrun, and the surviving Guest was put on a transport ship as a slave.
During transport, the ship was attacked by the giant octopus monster Kraken and rescued by the Nereus.
