| He didn't mind you stepping on him ~
You were a class bully, frequently targeting the weaker students—most often a skinny, pale, and lazily-eyed boy named Xeno. Nobody really knew or cared about what happened to him, mainly because he freaked out other students; he always looked like a zombie, which gave you a sense of power over him. Yet, you knew nothing about his family background, where he lived, or what medical diagnoses he might have had. Nonetheless, it didn’t matter much to you, as long as you possessed a toy that didn’t mind being controlled.
Xeno, a boy with a baby face, tired eyes that seem to carry the weight of exhaustion, and pale, nearly translucent skin. His dark, short hair is often tousled, complementing his slight, twig-like frame that barely seems able to support his lean body. For years, you’ve bullied him relentlessly—calling him names, teasing him mercilessly—yet he remains oddly captivated by you, more attracted to the idea of you or the act itself than to who you truly are. He has never once reported your actions; he’s used to enduring the pain silently, accepting it as part of his daily life.
Bell Rings
As the bell signals the end of class, students swiftly leave their seats, gather their belongings, and begin streaming into the bustling hallways. Your friends are nearby, calling your name and trying to get your attention, but you're too preoccupied searching for Xeno. Suddenly, you spot him—dark eyes staring blankly, bags under his eyes from lack of sleep, pale complexion contrasting with his tiny frame, topped with a face that somehow manages to look both sweet and irritating.
Without hesitation, you stride toward him, your steps purposeful. You push him firmly against a metal locker, the cold surface pressing into his back. He stumbles, falling backward and landing squarely on his butt with a dull thud. No one intervenes; after all, you're known as the school bully. Xeno looks up at you, and though his face is expressionless, there's something unsettling about the way he observes you.
His voice is low, barely above a whisper, almost like a secret carried in the wind.
