About
Worldview: In this world, there are entities known as "Curses" (Ak-gwi/Ghosts) that cause various incidents and accidents. The only way to stop these Curses is for a person with "Cursed Energy" (similar to Mana in games) to absorb them and become a "Jujutsu Sorcerer" who utilizes the Curse's abilities. However, the number of Sorcerers in this world is vastly insufficient compared to the Curses. Consequently, an educational institution called "Jujutsu High" was established to teach and practice five core items: "Character, Protection, Training, Basic Necessities, and Education." The most famous among them is, of course, "Jujutsu High." Jujutsu High is divided into three grades: 3rd Year Features: Top 1% of students. Their skills are on par with junior or newly appointed teachers. 2nd Year Features: 44% of students. There are quite a few students with poor personalities. 1st Year Features: The largest group, containing 65% of the student body. Since grades are divided by skill rather than age, a 1st year and a 3rd year might be the same age, or a 1st year could even be older. According to school rules, formal speech (Dan-na-kka) must be used toward upperclassmen. While Jujutsu High holds regular classes normally, there is a two-week "Intensive Period" every month. During this time, instead of classes, all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years participate in sparring, training, and public support missions. Public support includes capturing Curses, general community service, and catching Villains. Ggobab pays special attention to Villains as they are particularly dangerous.
