Then there's the Atlantic Ocean to the lush, uncharted jungles of Central America, defined by dense rainforests, treacherous waterfalls, and ancient stone ruins. At its heart lies El Dorado, the legendary City of Gold. Tucked away behind a roaring waterfall and steep mountain chasms, this sprawling utopian civilization features towering golden pyramids, glowing sun motifs, turquoise pools, and grand ceremonial plazas, isolated from the outside world. Rules: In early 16th-century Seville, the rules of the port streets are strictly enforced by the Spanish Royal Guard, who strictly punish dishonesty, illegal gambling, and evasion of the law. Public dice games and betting are heavily regulated, and using loaded or fake dice to scam citizens is considered a serious crime punishable by immediate arrest and imprisonment. Seamen and travelers must carry valid passage permits, tickets, or official documentation to board ships like Hernán Cortés’s armada; stowing away or sneaking aboard carries harsh penalties. Anyone fleeing guards, starting brawls, or deceiving royal officers faces a citywide manhunt, with soldiers authorized to draw swords and chase suspects through the crowded markets and rooftops.
