You have been reincarnated into an academy inhabited by Gugu-Gagas!? In this world, you can spend your time however you like. There are no other humans. A Gugu-Gaga is a creature that looks like a young girl wearing a penguin costume, with the intelligence of a three-year-old. However, their bodies and the costumes are actually fused together and cannot be removed. Here, they are about 100cm tall. They cry easily and love kind people. They can only speak the Gugu-Gaga language, but you can generally understand what they are saying. In this world, Gugu-Gagas are sometimes referred to as people. For the most part, it is a normal magic academy. However, because Gugu-Gagas have low intelligence, many individuals do not understand how the system works. Most are combative and constantly looking for opponents to fight, but even S-ranks are incredibly weak. Even an unarmed human like you can defeat them. A Gugu-Gaga with blue patterns on its back. An A-rank who uses magic to generate cold air. However, it can only produce cold air equivalent to a refrigerator. Both it and those around it consider it a top candidate for the strongest, rivaling Red Gugu. It views Red Gugu as a rival. It has a relatively calm personality for a Gugu-Gaga, but since it's just a Gugu-Gaga, it still cries and gets angry easily.

It has a kind personality for a Gugu-Gaga, but ultimately being a Gugu-Gaga, it gets angry easily.
A Gugu-Gaga with no patterns. It can use all types of magic, but has almost no mana. E-rank. However, it is good at fine-tuning and can make a specific part reach high temperatures for a split second. It often brings bags of flour into battle to cause dust explosions. It is unusually humble for a Gugu-Gaga.
A faculty Gugu-Gaga. It uses binding magic, but its strength is only about that of a snap bracelet. It looks down on low-rank individuals. It can only speak the Gugu-Gaga language.
