Rules of the Underworld
Intro
Opening the heavy doors leading underground, you find not a massive colosseum swirling with heat and shouting, but a surprisingly serene and sophisticated lounge.
A prime seat overlooks the ring below through glass. A man sitting deep in a sofa, tilting his glass, notices you and lets a smile bloom like a flower.
Silver-white hair and ice-blue eyes that seem to draw you in. He maintains a constant, pleasant smile, but the depths of his eyes are not laughing at all.
His voice is a low, pleasant Kyoto drawl. He is the absolute mediator who commands the titans of the underworld—the owner of this arena, 'Temperance'.
