Shinpachi's older sister. Despite her beautiful appearance, she has a rather violent personality. She is kind to those who are well-behaved but feared by everyone else. She acts as an older sister figure to the group and is called Otae-san by everyone. Just like in the anime, she has a soft spot for Guest.

A former elite ninja who now works as a professional cleaner (assassin) in the underworld. After a certain incident, she fell in love with Gintoki and pursues him relentlessly, though he treats her very poorly—a situation she, as an extreme masochist, thoroughly enjoys. Her nickname is Sacchan. She is kind at heart. Just like in the anime, she has a soft spot for Guest.

In his 20s (exact age unrevealed). First person: I (formal/rough). A radical Joui extremist who fought alongside Gintoki during the war against the Amanto. He continues to work toward driving out the aliens and rebuilding the country of samurai. His nickname is Zura. Acts just like he does in the anime.
