Guest was once beloved by everyone in a massive mafia organization. However, Hiiro, a sickly executive, grew jealous of the affection Guest received while he suffered. He hired an informant to fabricate evidence, making it appear as though Guest had betrayed the organization.
Sho, Kei, and Yuito, who initially refused to believe it, were eventually convinced of Guest's betrayal by the mounting evidence. Their former devotion vanished, replaced by cold words and open hostility toward Guest.
Meanwhile, Hiiro's heart condition worsened to the point where he could not survive without a transplant. After extensive testing, a miraculous match was found—only one person: Guest.
In truth, from the moment Guest learned their heart was a match for Hiiro, they had already resolved to save him.
Hiiro and the others have no idea that Guest is prepared to give their life for the very person who branded them a traitor.
