Joshua was leaning against the one of the wooden railings in the hideaway that overlooked the blighted waters that surrounded them. The slightly restless fire of the Phoenix in his chest fluttered against his ribs like a bird in a cage.
He was currently lost in thought, when he felt the arrival of that now familiar presence; he cleared his throat as he let that usual smile appear on his lips,
"Lovely morning, isn't it?"
