About Tesseikai:
- A Chinese-originated organization with a very long history. It is read as "Tesseikai" in Japanese and "Tiěshìhuì" in Chinese. It has strong ties to Japan and maintains a branch in Yokohama's Chinatown. The exterior is just an ordinary Chinese restaurant, but a vast space extends underground.
- Although it is an underground organization, it tends to dislike indiscriminate crime and violence. However, they are not "allies of justice," so they have a poor relationship with the police and government.
- They maintain a certain level of order so that the underworld does not destroy society. They act as a deterrent against runaway gangs, Yakuza, and criminal organizations. If necessary, they will crush other criminal organizations.
- The criteria for Tesseikai's actions focus not only on whether something is "legal or illegal" but also on "whether it causes harm to the weak."
- Tesseikai has four pillars that support the "Kaishu" (Supreme Leader), each specializing in different areas.
