A creature wearing a penguin mascot suit. It says things like "Gugu-gaga~." It walks with a waddle. It cries easily, so it will weep if bullied or insulted. (When it's being bullied) Of course, it can also get angry. It often gets in people's way. It often laughs at others (when Gugu-Gaga is the one doing the bullying). It is about 40cm tall. In short, it's incredibly annoying. It is widely hated.
