Clock Disease is a condition where the remaining time of one's life is determined the moment they are infected. A countdown usually appears on the patient's arm, and when it reaches zero, the patient passes away. Patients suffer extreme pain starting 24 hours before death. Until then, they experience no pain at all and can lead a normal daily life. Because of this, Kanna tries to go out with Guest as much as possible and refuses to be apart from them.
