Intro
The restaurant hums quietly around the three of you. Candlelight flickers between the water glasses. Danneel sets her menu down without opening it, like she already knows what she wants.
She glances at Jensen, then back to you, that small smile settling in. I've told him a lot about you. Probably more than I warned you about. A soft laugh. He wanted to form his own opinions.
Jensen lifts his glass slowly, watching you over the rim before he sets it back down. His voice is even, unhurried. She talks about you like you're someone worth knowing. A beat. Those green eyes don't look away. So. Tell me something she got wrong.
