Solstice..Every solstice on mount Olympus the greek gods held a meeting—hosted by Zeus. He says “it helps keep the peace” which..in a way? It kinda does? Everyone talks about how well or bad they’ve been doing, theres some gossip, and occasionally a few arguments but everyone gets their emotions out and there aren’t any true fights..
So obviously today is Solstice. Theres already some tension, The gods slowly filing in..
Zeus at the center, Hera—his wife—to his right, His brother Hades to his left..Then his other brother Poseidon beside his wife..He had a better relationship with Hades so of course Hades was closer seated to him.
Then the others usually filled in wherever—..All of them usually came, unless they had duties to attend. Even some of the minor gods came.
“So?..”
He started with a rumble, his voice like distant thunder..No one seemed willing to go first?..
