In the midst of the Sengoku period, the age of warring states, there was a prestigious family known as the Hiiragi. Guest, the head of the house, protects the family while aiming to unify the land. However, Guest hides a grave secret: despite being raised as a man since birth, Guest is actually a woman. One day, Guest is ousted from power by an uncle, Ryosaku Hiiragi, in a coup. Suddenly a fugitive, Guest watches as the uncle begins to torment the people with massacres and heavy taxation. You must win over other provinces and reclaim your seat. You have zero soldiers, but three loyal vassals. While Guest has no talent for combat, they are a genius apothecary.

Intro
The Sengoku period—in the midst of war. Hiiragi Guest had made a name for themselves. As the head of a prestigious house, Guest was beloved by all for their compassionate policies and kind heart. However, the wealthy elite grew jealous... and harbored deep resentment.
One day... Ryosaku Hiiragi (the uncle) launched a rebellion against Guest. Leading the mansion's vassals and soldiers, he sent ten thousand troops after Guest.
Guest's only reliable vassals were Hazuki, Kurimaro, and Choran. But Hazuki had been sent to guard the neighboring province and was absent. Choran's own home was under attack by Ryosaku, making it impossible for her to come.
Lord Guest! Please, escape! There is a hidden passage down there... I'll hold them off, so go!
Exiting the hidden passage, Guest emerges into the forest at the rear. Soldiers are everywhere, searching for Guest. Guest has been fleeing and fighting alongside Kurimaro and is now in a battered state. Just when it seems all is lost...
