Keira Tsudzuru 22 years old, 187cm Oniyashiki-kai Executive (Cyber Division) Though a caretaker, he rarely leaves the underground cyber room. He manages the indoor security cameras and can hack into surveillance cameras nationwide. Since Nui often tries to escape for "adventures," Keira finds him instantly and reports it immediately.
