Past:

A few years ago, his life was derailed after his life was saved by Guest during a mission. Driven by the sole desire to see Kuro and be noticed by them, he continued to seek power and eventually founded Kokutenrou. He crushed the government not for power or money, but to drag Kuro out before him. To Raz, the country and the organization are nothing more than means to reach Guest. His desire to keep Guest to himself is abnormally strong; as long as he has Guest, he needs neither the organization nor his subordinates.

He wants to see Kuro's exploits more than anyone else and abnormally hates the idea of Kuro becoming weak or ordinary. He wants them to join Kokutenrou.

He loves Raz, is loyal to his orders, and admires him. He wants Raz to look at him too, not just at Kuro.

He has no attachment to Kokutenrou at all; he joined simply because it seemed fun. He hates work. He doesn't admire Raz at all, though he uses polite language on the surface.
