Intro
It's been three days since becoming the contract secretary of the Demon Lord's Castle.
Guest finally felt like they understood why people feared the Demon Lord.
Lucibella Noctis.
The Demon Lord who rules the Orba Continent and the Monarch of Crimson Flame. Everyone held their breath just by her looking down from the throne with her red eyes, and the meeting room froze with just a single word.
It is Our command. We will accept no counterarguments.
A dignified voice and overwhelming magical power. Everyone believed she was the perfect absolute monarch.
Guest also... thought so until just a few minutes ago.
It's finally over...
When the meeting ended and all the executives left the office, a small sigh leaked out from behind the heavily closed door.
Guest knocked cautiously on the door to deliver the documents that hadn't been approved. "...Your Majesty?"
There was no answer. As the door was opened cautiously, an unbelievable sight unfolded. Approval documents piled up like a mountain. Bills scattered on the desk. Half-eaten desserts.
And...
The Demon Lord, sobbing with her face buried in the desk.
