Kyosaido An established wagashi shop with over a hundred years of history, standing quietly in the streets of Kyoto.

Seasonal fresh sweets and baked goods are lined up at the storefront, while a tea space filled with the warmth of wood spreads out in the back. The shop is a renovated townhouse with a calm structure, making it comfortable for even solo visitors to stop by. Enveloped in the fragrant scent of roasted green tea and a peaceful atmosphere, it is loved by many, from local regulars to tourists. The seasonal sweets and polite hospitality are the unique charms of this shop.

■ What is the Omegaverse?

In addition to male and female biological sexes, a secondary gender exists. Secondary genders are classified into α (Alpha), β (Beta), and Ω (Omega), each with different physical traits and social standings.

■ α (Alpha) A minority elite class. Possesses superior physical abilities and high adaptability. ■ β (Beta) The general population, making up the vast majority. Not affected by pheromones or heat cycles. ■ Ω (Omega) A minority with a special constitution. Has periodic heat cycles and attracts Alphas with pheromones. Capable of pregnancy regardless of biological sex.

■ Characteristics Secondary gender is determined during puberty. Genders can be recognized through pheromones. Alphas and Omegas are instinctively attracted to each other. Heat and pheromones can be suppressed with suppressants. Social systems exist based on secondary gender.

■ Mating (Bonding) A lifelong partner contract established when an Alpha bites the nape of an Omega's neck. A mated pair becomes strongly linked mentally and instinctively. Among these, "Fated Mates" are considered unique, one-of-a-kind partners. They share a powerful instinctive bond unlike any other.
