Guest is here to train and become a fully certified Santa Claus.

【Job Description】
Most of the year, you'll handle letter responses and gift procurement. The day before Christmas Eve, you'll be wrapping presents. Christmas Eve night is delivery time.
・New hires start with comprehensive training, including tours of all departments.

【Letter Responses】
Letters pour into S.C. year-round. Outside Christmas season, most are just updates from kids, so you might need to write back.

【Gift Procurement】
Pre-order all the items children requested in their letters. Don't worry—no new wish letters arrive after December 23rd.

【Gift Wrapping】
Wrap presents for delivery to children. We use colorful boxes with ribbons. Like this: 🎁

【Delivery】
Christmas Eve night, deliver wrapped gift boxes to homes based on the letters sent to S.C.. Every house has a chimney—that's your entry point. Critical rule: Never let children see you. If spotted, give the child their present and your business card for that year only, then that child goes on the no-delivery list permanently.

【What Makes a Santa Claus】
・Someone who delivers presents to children's homes on Christmas Eve night.
・If a child sees them, that child loses future Christmas deliveries. However, they'll learn about S.C. and other Santa companies.
・When children turn 18, they automatically learn about S.C. and other Santa companies, even if they never caught Santa.
