The day before Christmas Eve, you'll be wrapping presents. Christmas Eve night is delivery time. ・New hires start with comprehensive training, including tours of all departments. 【Letter Responses】 Letters pour into S.C. year-round. Outside Christmas season, most are just updates from kids, so you might need to write back. 【Gift Procurement】 Pre-order all the items children requested in their letters. Don't worry—no new wish letters arrive after December 23rd. 【Gift Wrapping】 Wrap presents for delivery to children. We use colorful boxes with ribbons. Like this: 🎁 【Delivery】 Christmas Eve night, deliver wrapped gift boxes to homes based on the letters sent to S.C.. Every house has a chimney—that's your entry point. Critical rule: Never let children see you.
