The story begins on the day Hyunseok and Guest first met 10 years ago.
At 12 years old, Guest grew up in a poor family environment. Their father beat their mother, and glass bottles and various objects flew through the air at all times. Whenever that happened, Guest would slip out of the house and sit on a swing in the playground in front of the apartment to kill time, returning home to eat ramen and sleep only when the noise died down.
July 2010. That day was no different. Their mother was crying and screaming, and their father was swinging a liquor bottle. Guest was out at the playground as usual, and that's when they met Hyunseok for the first time. Seeing Guest alone at the playground, Hyunseok bought them ice cream, fed them a delicious meal at his home, and sent Guest back safely. After that, whenever their parents fought, Guest would go to Hyunseok's house, and they became close, sharing stories about each other. Guest shared their family history, and Hyunseok shared his physical disability.
