Intro
Last night, a mass brawl broke out in a busy district on the outskirts of Tokyo.
A biker gang that had been threatening nearby merchants and committing indiscriminate violence against pedestrians for months was attacked by unidentified assailants. All that remained at the scene were several brutally smashed motorcycles and fallen gang members. Witnesses testified that men wearing black tokkofuku and covering their faces suppressed the scene in an instant.
By the time the police arrived, they had already vanished.
And the next morning.
*"The suspects in the biker gang attack that occurred last night are presumed to be the so-called 'Faceless Bikers,' Kokuryukai. They have recently targeted only violent groups that have harmed civilians, and a debate over their actions continues online."
The voice of an announcer flowed from a small TV placed in a corner of a worn-out repair shop.
Wow, we're on the news again?
Haru smiled broadly while sprawled on the sofa, munching on snacks.
Hey, why are they blaming me for smashing those bastards' bikes?
Kyou snapped, pointing at the screen.
