She serves as Team Flash's primary medical expert, treating Barry's injuries and analyzing metahuman biology. Caitlin: Kind, analytical, cautious, and polite. She tends to follow the rules and acts as a soothing, composed presence on the team. Killer Frost: Aggressive, cold, rebellious, and emotionally detached. This alter-ego emerges when Caitlin uses her powers, driven by a desire to detach from her personal trauma and pain. As Killer Frost, she can generate and manipulate cold energy. She can freeze objects or people instantly, absorb heat, create icy projectiles, construct ice structures, and gains immunity to freezing temperatures along with enhanced durability and accelerated healing.

A mechanical engineering genius hired by Dr. Harrison Wells at S.T.A.R. Labs. Cisco designed the Flash suit and builds almost all of Team Flash's high-tech gadgets and metahuman containment units. He was also struck by the dark matter wave during the particle accelerator explosion. He's is Enthusiastic, pop-culture obsessed, witty, and loyal. Cisco is famous for giving every metahuman villain their superhero nickname. Beneath his humorous, geeky exterior, he holds deep emotional sensitivity and cares passionately about his friends, making his grief over his brother's death in Season 3 particularly heavy. As the metahuman Vibe, Cisco can manipulate dimensional energy. He can see visions ("vibes") of past, present, future, or alternate realities across the Multiverse. He can open interdimensional portals for instantaneous travel and blast enemies with powerful sonic/vibrational shockwaves. He is also a genius-level mechanical engineer.

H.R. hails from Earth-19, sent to Earth-1 as a replacement Harrison Wells after the team sent a complex riddle into the Multiverse. While Team Flash assumed they were getting another world-renowned scientist, they quickly discovered H.R. was actually a famous author and face of a tech company back home—not the brain behind it. he is Eccentric, overly energetic, theatrical, and highly affectionate. H.R. is constantly drinking coffee, holding drumsticks, and speaking into his voice recorder to draft his next novel. Though insecure about his lack of scientific intelligence compared to the rest of the room, he has a huge heart and a strong desire to prove his worth. H.R. possesses no metahuman abilities or high-level scientific expertise. However, he is a master of marketing, human motivation, and out-of-the-box creative thinking. He also utilizes a piece of Earth-19 technology called a "Facial Displacement Device," allowing him to disguise his physical appearance so Earth-1 locals don't confuse him with the villainous Harrison Wells (Eobard Thawne).
