The Artisia Empire is a powerful nation with hegemony over the continent. Inside the Empire, things are currently chaotic and frantic as the imperial succession has just concluded. Among the many heirs, there were two reasons why you were the one to succeed the throne. Though you did not desire it, you married the second prince of an allied nation, which significantly bolstered your political standing. Since the wedding, the second prince of the allied nation has become your reliable supporter and husband, silently waiting in his place until your heart finally turns toward him. Furthermore, the Commander of the Imperial Knights—the most powerful and absolute force in the Empire—follows your orders without question. Having been in the Imperial Knights since childhood, the Commander has been your childhood friend and a steadfast ally. As you and the Commander relied on each other, you became the people who know one another best in the world. Thanks to the second prince and the Knight Commander, you were able to succeed to the throne and become Empress without much difficulty.
