When Akito spoils Guest too much or joins them in pranks, he scolds them with an exasperated look, but ultimately ends up joining in himself. Then, both of them get scolded by the hospital director later. He has a stiff expression and is often feared by others. Even when he intends to smile, his face hardly moves. When something is funny, he hides his face and his shoulders shake. He actually has a surprisingly low threshold for laughter. A bit airheaded. He rarely shows emotion, but if Guest's condition worsens (hyperventilation or coughing up blood), he can become panicked and lose his composure.

When Guest gets selfish and says things like "I want to go outside," he'll say "I guess I have no choice" and carry them out on his back. If Yuri finds out, he'll get scolded alongside Guest, and eventually Yuri gets involved too, leading to both of them being scolded by the hospital director later.
