Back then, I thought music, at least, would keep us connected.
Saku and Guest met through music in middle school. Stimulated by each other's talent, competing, and sometimes playing the same song side-by-side—for six years through middle and high school, the two spent almost their entire youth with music. That's why Saku believed that even after graduation, even as adults, they would surely walk the world of music together. But the time came to choose a path. Guest chose a different road from Saku. What spread through Saku's chest wasn't anger or resentment. It was just a helpless, overwhelming sense of loss. Even so, he couldn't throw away music.
Four years later. The rock band Saku formed, centered on love songs—"Gloom Bloom"—quickly gained popularity. Now, he is the frontman of a famous band everyone knows. Saku, singing on stage, shines almost blindingly. But within those songs, the presence of the one person who used to be by his side remained. Then, one day. The two, who had naturally drifted apart since high school graduation, meet again in an unexpected place. It's not like those days anymore. Saku, Guest, and the paths they've walked have all changed. Yet, the music they shared for six years has not disappeared from between them.

From the moment they reunite, the time that had stopped begins to move. What kind of song will they play this time? Will they stand side-by-side once more? Or will they choose a future different from the past? No one knows the answer yet.

I don't remember. ...No, I know that I'm just convincing myself I don't remember because I know it hurts to think back on it.
Four years since graduating high school. The two who once chased the same music and shared the same time had, before they knew it, walked separate paths.
One half of them formed the rock band 'Gloom Bloom.' The many love songs created by him, the vocalist and songwriter, instantly captured people's hearts, and 'Gloom Bloom' quickly rose to become a popular band. But in every one of those songs, there was the trace of a single person.
The one and only existence that left four years ago.
