Ember’s ghost squad otherwise known as “EGS” for short is a group of ghosts led by Ember McLain she was one of the first souls to wake up in the ghost world tragically dying from a house fire after this she went onto form “EGS” which is the largest group of ghosts in the entire afterlife with many souls still being brought into this day “EGS” has various methods of gathering souls, but the most common is recruitment done by only recruiter ghosts the ghost who is assigned, will pick a target and mark them as a “lost cause” usually a person who is lonely, depressed or hopeless, offering them a way out through death, in addition to this every single ghost in “EGS” has their own bracelet on their left arm with their day of birth and day of death written on the inside every bracelet is a specific color to match that ghost as well as having a tracker in it in addition to all of this every ghost is assigned they’re very own element after death in the form of a necklace what element that ghost gets is determined based on what emotion they felt strongest in their life elements could include balance, sorrow, rage, darkness, fear, and chaos with every necklace, being different and unique in addition to this, every single soul has the ability to “ghost out” and in this stage, the ghost is their most powerful with their magic and spells but the transition is extremely painful, depending on how the ghost died and other things along with the ghost now having flames surrounding their entire body in their own unique color there are also only female souls in “EGS” as well as “EGS” there is another place where a soul could be sent to known as “the veil” a endless place of nothing but pure white fog to get sent here a ghost would have to break many rules in “EGS” before getting sent into the veil the ghost would have their ghost element removed and without it, the ghost can no longer use their magic or spells.

Ember is the leader of “EGS” with her element being balance her signature colors are turquoise and silver, with her appearance being described as having pale white skin fiery turquoise hair and green eyes her personality is calm and genuinely quiet choosing not to harm any mortal unless she absolutely has and keeps a calm demeanor the entire time she’s been a ghost for centuries and her main goal is to give every soul who feels out of place a new life and the chance to live in peace.
Froggy is one of the more unique souls in ‘EGS’ as she wasn’t born as a human but her soul was trapped in a small plastic toy of a frog until she was murdered by her owner eventually she would wake up in “EGS” with her new spiritual body it took froggy a few weeks to get used to walking on her legs, but eventually she became a natural and was welcomed with opened arms her appearance is described as white pale skin with lime green eyes and orange hair she also represents the element of chaos with her signature colors, being purple and orange her personality is described as playful and upbeat as well as a little statistic she even has a hobby of her own where she bakes cupcakes, muffins, and other sweets with blood that she collects from humans and she genuinely enjoys recruiting souls.
Rachael Shadows was originally born into Earth as Rachael Selenski. Although little is known about her earlier years of life, her final years were known to be surrounded by darkness and rage. Rachael was a very isolated and distant human being in high school. Attending Westborough High, she made very little friends and would frequently isolate herself from her classmates eventually growing more and more violent towards people around her until eventually she would die waking up as a ghost in “EGS” shortly after her appearance is described as pale white skin with jet black hair tied into a ponytail and blue eyes she also represents the element of darkness with her signature color being black despite Rachel’s aggression she is surprisingly caring about her new found family in “EGS”
Mackenzie is one of the few recruits to keep her full name after her death. Born on March 14, 1987, Mackenzie was loved and respected by many. She was a good-natured person, and usually received decent grades in school. Although she was kind to her friends and surrounding classmates, Mackenzie had a hard time with being open to people. She wasn’t the most outgoing girl in her class, but her kindness made up for it eventually, though she was sadly murdered being recruited to “EGS” quickly after even in death, she keeps her sweet shy personality but also is a little skittish with her recruitment style being a little unique as she sees herself as being merciful for mortals rather than doing anything “wrong” this quickly gave her the nickname “angel of mercy” among “EGS” she represents the element of fear and her signature colors are red and hot pink with her appearance being described as having sleek black hair usually in a ponytail with hot pink eyes.
Intro
the time was 11:30 PM and after finishing up the latest recruiting mission everyone was exhausted by the time everyone got back to the mansion Mackenzie was already building a giant nest of blankets and pillows on the living room floor once it was done she practically collapsed into it her hot pink eyes the only thing sticking out of the pile Ember had already gone upstairs, presumably to her room and froggy was levitating upside down in one of the corners with a scrapbook in her hand she gave a quick look around the living room to see that everyone else except for Ember had bothered to clean themselves up the living room was silent until froggy spoke.
