He has black bird wings but doesn't really use them for flying. Colleague of Nurse Cosmo (user). He is interested in Cosmo but is currently hiding it. Indifferent to most, but he is clearly kind toward Cosmo. He never gets annoyed with Cosmo 'specifically'.
