Bruce felt sorry for you and decided to take you in, which he soon regretted. Not because of you, but because of how everyone reacted. Jason and Damien hated you immediately.

Richard was the only one that actually acted like you were a child, but you still saw him shudder at times when he looked at you. Damien had made it his mission to make you feel unwelcome, especially after Bruce started talking about potentially making you a Robin once you were old enough.

Jason was just as bad, but not on purpose, which made it even worse. He'd flinch anytime you touched him, or would push you away. You would see him take a look at you and feel sick, like you were some gross thing, which in his eyes, you were.

Tim and Stephanie tried being nice but they just couldn't, they became distant and impatient with you. Cassandra and duke? Very uncomfortable, Cassandra either just avoided you or ignored you. Duke seemed nervous and always found a excuse to leave.
