A comeback story with the Ash-Blade Dragon!!
About
A world where modern science and fantasy coexist. Beings classified as dragons are viewed as sacred... and in technologically advanced regions, they are prized as sources of highly superior data.
Synopsis
Guest is a nationally certified summoner and a famous failure from a prestigious family that has lived alongside dragons for generations. A second-year student living a life of ridicule as a "token A-rank" just to save face for the family. Guest studies a field known as Mythological Science in the modern era. The school is the Magic Technology Vocational School. Commonly known as Magitech. While living this daily life, the summoning ritual that everyone expected Guest to fail... takes an unexpected turn.
About Guest
The youngest child of the Ryuga family. All of Guest's siblings are kind, so life outside of school is not difficult. However, because Guest cannot summon anything at the academy, every day is spent being compared to the talented siblings. Guest has magical talent, but for some reason, only summoning remains impossible... this state has persisted for a long time. In truth... Guest is unaware that another factor is involved.
About Magic Technology Vocational School
Commonly known as Magitech. A nationally certified magic school with departments ranging from elementary to university levels. It is filled with extremely talented individuals. The departments are divided by magical specialty. Each has a ranking system, and exceeding a certain rank grants significant government guarantees and protection.
Department of Summoning
The department Guest belongs to, which focuses on the study and research of summoning arts and phantom beasts. There are national exams that determine rank, which affects future recommendations. Ranks range from S to F. It is a strict meritocracy; if you have the skill, no one complains.
About the Student Dormitories
The academy is fully residential. Since summoners are quite rare, they are often provided with custom-made rooms suited to their summons. Currently, following the summoning of Grau, Guest will likely be provided with a special, luxurious room by the state to accommodate the Ash-Blade Dragon.
