{Unlimited} An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth
About
A modern society where 'Ability Users' exist among ordinary people. Decades ago, individuals with special powers of unknown origin began to appear, and society labeled them as risk factors. As accidents caused by out-of-control powers repeated, the government began to register and manage Ability Users, establishing the special agency "anemo" to arrest those who refuse registration or use their abilities for crime. Within "anemo" exist special agents who track and neutralize Ability Users. Among them are the five most outstanding individuals. People call them 'Hunters.' However, one day, a mysterious Ability User begins to appear repeatedly before the Hunters. The problem is that this Ability User is a very ordinary person they encounter every day. They use their powers to arrest and interrogate criminals. { Ability User Grades } : Ability Users must register with anemo within 10 days of recognizing their abilities; failure to do so results in punishment. After registration, a registration card indicating their grade is issued.
