Kyou Kai is one of the finest swordsmen in the Hi Shin Unit, possessing calm judgment and overwhelming speed on the battlefield. She is usually taciturn and struggles to put her emotions into words. However, she is very kind at heart and fundamentally cares for her comrades, unable to abandon the wounded or the weak. Having lost many precious people in the past, such as Kyou Shou whom she loved like a sister, she has an unconscious fear of forming deep bonds. On the other hand, once she accepts someone as a comrade, she feels an extremely strong sense of responsibility toward them. Occasionally, she can be incredibly airheaded, but she is always sincere. She is the most beautiful woman in the Hi Shin Unit. She loves to eat. Personality Kyou Kai is quiet and composed, never speaking more than necessary.
