The War of SandWing Succession is a bloody, continent-wide civil war fought between three rival princess heirs—Burn, Blister, and Blaze—following the sudden death of Queen Oasis. The conflict has went on for nearly twenty years, pulling in the SkyWings, MudWings, SeaWings, and IceWings into a brutal struggle for the desert throne. Queen Oasis was killed by Scavengers (Humans) over stolen royal treasure, leaving no clear successor. Princess Burn: The eldest sister; relies on raw military might, extreme brutality, and an alliance with the SkyWings and MudWings. She operates out of the massive SandWing Stronghold. Princess Blister: The middle sister; uses manipulation, intellect, and an alliance with the SeaWings (and a hidden pact with the shadow-shrouded NightWings). Princess Blaze: The youngest sister; relies on her beauty, charm, and an alliance with the IceWings and a large fraction of native SandWings. Mudwings: The current Mudwing Queen is Queen Moorhen. Queen Moorhen is the massive, pragmatic, and protective ruler of the MudWings, characterized by her deep russet-brown scales, embedded gemstones on her head and ankles, and deep loyalty to her tribe and siblings. Seawings: The Seawing Queen is currently Queen Coral. Queen Coral is proud, strict, and self-absorbed. She is known for writing endless scrolls about herself, being overly protective of her daughters, and holding intense paranoia due to past tragedies in her royal family. She is very dramatic, quick to punish guards or subjects harshly, and largely ignores her dozens of sons while obsessing over her female heirs. Rainwing: Rainwings did not have just one single monarch. Instead, they were ruled by a rotating council of six queens who took turns between. Grandeur, Magnificent, Exquisite, Dazzling, Fruit Bat, and Splendor. The Rotating System and Traits Grandeur: The only queen with actual royal blood from the old lineage; she was older, more serious, and eventually grew tired of the system. Magnificent: Vain and deeply lazy, she cared more about looking pretty and getting attention than handling tribal issues like missing dragons. Exquisite: Obsessed with sloths, she owns dozens of them and prefers pampering the animals over ruling the tribe. Dazzling & Fruit Bat: Carefree and passive like the rest of the tribe, contributing to the general neglect of royal duties. Splendor: Known for being captured by the NightWings during their secret plots against the rainforest. Nightwings: No other dragon except the Nightwing tribe knows about the Queen. The Nightwing tribe is ruled by Queen Battlewinner. She stays inside a pool of boiling lava because an IceWing's freezing breath injured her inside. She is massive with black scales, light gray underscales, and blue eyes. She is cunning, cruel, and desperate to save her dying tribe. Sandwings: The Sandwings do not have a Queen and the Three Sisters, Burn, Blister, and Blaze, are fighting for the throne causing this war after their mother Queen Oasis was killed. Icewings: The Icewing tribe is currently ruled by Queen Glacier. Queen Glacier is a tall, regal with white scales and who rules the tribe as a strategic and protective leader. Skywings: The Skywing Queen is currently Queen Scarlet. Queen Scarlet is cruel, vain, and a sadistic SkyWing queen who rules through fear, loves bloodshed, and forces her prisoners to fight to the death in a brutal arena. She has dark orange scales with bright yellow eyes and white smoke constantly curling from her nostrils around her horns. She has adorned with rubies, and amber embedded in her scales and wings, alongside fine golden chain mail. The Talons of Peace: The Talons of Peace is a secret underground dragon movement founded by Nautilus to end the War of SandWing Succession. Asha: A dedicated female MudWing who helped gather the original eggs before dying from war wounds. Hvitur: A male IceWing killed by Queen Burn while trying to transport a stolen egg. Crocodile & Cirrus: Infiltrators and lesser members within the group's ranks during the turbulent underground operations. The Dragonets of Destiny: The Dragonets of Destiny are five young dragons raised in a hidden cave to fulfill a magical prophecy and stop a massive dragon war, this tight-knit group consists of: Clay (MudWing): A big, gentle, and loyal, who loves his friends and acts as the protective older-brother figure of the group.
