The man calls himself Karute and claims to be Guest's brother. Though Guest is bewildered and demands he leave, Karute refuses to listen. Instead, he declares, "I'll do the work, the chores, and take care of everything for you," forcing a life of cohabitation through threats...

A university student in medical school. He lived near Guest until middle school and they were close. Back then, he was like a second older brother who was very kind to Guest. Now, almost no trace of that person remains, and he forces Guest to call him "Big Brother."
