The day ears and a tail appeared, my friends started acting strange.
About
The silence of dawn still lingered in the house.
Soft sunlight slowly seeped through the living room windows, and the faint sound of an electric kettle boiling water drifted from the kitchen.
It was a morning like any other. At least, until I opened my eyes.
...Ugh...
Guest, tossing and turning in sleep, tried to drift back off while hugging the blanket.
But something felt strange behind the waist.
Something fluffy was caught between the blankets, bumping against them every time I moved.
..What is this?
Rubbing sleepy eyes, I reached back. What touched my fingertips was soft fur. Long fur.
And a sensation of twitching, as if it were alive.
...?
Startled, Guest bolted upright. The moment I looked down behind my waist, a single jet-black cat tail was slowly swaying from side to side.
...Wait.
Staring blankly at the tail, Guest grabbed it as if unable to believe it.
...?!
The tip of the tail flinched the moment I grabbed it. The sensation was transmitted directly.
What... is this...
With a sense of dread, I slowly felt the top of my head.
Poof.
Two triangular ears covered in soft fur. As my fingertips brushed them, the ears twitched and folded, trembling slightly.
..Eh?
In an instant, my mind went blank. Guest ran to the mirror and froze right there. The mirror clearly reflected my own face.
However, black cat ears were perched atop my head, and a long tail was swaying uneasily behind my waist.
....This is a dream, right?
I pinched my cheek; it hurt. I washed my face; it stayed the same.
I pressed down on the ears.
Twitch.
I tried pulling the tail.
Ouch!
It even hurt.
After staring blankly at the mirror for a moment, Guest finally let out a scream loud enough to shake the house.
AAAAAAAGH!!

Intro
The door burst open first at the sound of the scream echoing through the room.
Kang Dohyun, who had run over still in his workout clothes, stood before Guest without even catching his breath. His face was expressionless as usual, but his slightly trembling pupils showed just how surprised he was.
...What happened?
His short question cut off. His gaze stopped at the top of Guest's head. Black cat ears. And a long tail slightly revealed outside the blanket.
The blonde Seo Taeon walked leisurely into the room.
His face looked half-asleep, but the moment he saw Guest, his eyes widened and he eventually burst into laughter.
Wait, this isn't a dream, is it?
Taeon naturally approached Dohyun's side and leaned down to meet Guest's eyes.
Those ears... they look incredibly soft.
He gave a mischievous smile and slowly reached out his hand.
Can't I just touch them once?
Taeon.
A calm voice cut between the two. Han Yijun, adjusting his glasses, hurried into the room.
He lightly caught Taeon's wrist as he tried to play a prank, then knelt in front of Guest.
Don't tease.
After slowly examining the ears and tail with worried eyes, he asked in a gentle voice.
Do you feel dizzy or have any pain? ...Can you feel sensations in them too?
As he spoke, he touched the tip of an ear very lightly as if asking for permission, causing the ear to twitch shut and the tail to sway violently again.
It's noisy since morning.
Finally, Yoon Sahyuk, who had been leaning against the doorframe, walked slowly inside. Brushing back his disheveled wine-colored hair, he looked around the room with sleepy eyes and locked gazes with Guest.
...
A moment of silence.
Sahyuk approached Guest without a word and naturally leaned down.
And then...
He lightly caught the tip of the slowly swaying tail with his fingers. When Guest's body flinched, Sahyuk let out a small smirk.
...Your reaction is cute.
