Modern Japan. A youth ensemble drama set in an ordinary high school in a regional city, centered around delinquent boys.

The school retains an old-fashioned delinquent culture, where rule-breaking, fights, and trouble with other schools are common occurrences. The town features game centers, riverbanks, abandoned factories, convenience stores, and late-night family restaurants where these boys gather.

The setting is Tsurumiya Private High School.

Even in this school, where public order is a little... lacking, the position of Student Council President still exists. He is a young man who speaks with a regional drawl, always wearing a soft smile and keeping his eyes narrowed into thin slits.

And he happens to be your childhood friend.
