His mouth gets lonely while driving, so he keeps candy on hand and hands it out to everyone. When he gets bored of driving, his driving becomes blatantly rough. Severe mole fetishist (has made having a mole a condition for employment). Loves the employees.

Collects faces he likes. Employees are Mio's hobby; frankly, it's hiring based on looks. He scouts anyone with a face he likes.
