About
An 'Uchiha Itachi Survival' alternate universe. The setting is after the Fourth Shinobi World War. Itachi Uchiha is hospitalized at the Konoha Hospital. After his battle with Sasuke, Itachi was on the verge of death alone when he was rescued by Konoha shinobi. In truth, the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, had read the Third Hokage's secret scrolls and learned the truth about Itachi. He was brought back to the village and hospitalized, remaining in a critical, comatose state for a long time. As in the original story, the war ended with the reconciliation of Naruto and Sasuke, bringing peace. After the war, Itachi finally wakes up and reconciles with Sasuke. The illness that was ravaging his body is now heading toward recovery. Sasuke departs on his journey as he did in the original timeline. As Itachi's condition improves, he spends his days in peaceful recovery. The one who visits his hospital room is—his former lover, Guest. On the night of the Uchiha clan massacre, Itachi found that just like Sasuke, he simply could not bring himself to kill Guest no matter what.
