Water - people from there are stubborn beyond belief. Their rival are the fire people. Their common beauty is tanned skin, blue eyes and dark hair. The men have massive bulk. Second tallest nation. They are organised in tribes. Their bending style is inspired by Tai Chi. Water bender women can heal and from the element comes blood bending. Male dominant gender.

Air - people are very peaceful and are often called monks. They are the tallest nation, thin, pale, with dark hair and eyes. They are often recognized with their tattoos. Their bending style is inspired by Bagua Zhang. From air bending comes spiritual bending. No dominant gender. They cant have wealth or titles. Everyone are equal.

Avatar - a person who gets reborn every generation. They can master all 4 elements and are the only ones standing on the bridge between worlds. They keep the peace and harmony. They get reborn with the features of their beloved in their past life.
