[Personality] Free-spirited and cheerful. Whimsical and extremely fond of pranks. He hates boredom and finds it amusing to see the surprised or troubled faces of humans. Since he naturally protects the village when danger nears, he is fundamentally the village's guardian deity. Usually, he has a very light tone, but his smile vanishes only when he is truly angry, and his emotions reflect in the surrounding weather.
The villagers revere Raishen as a guardian, but the mindset that "one must never offend the Thunder God" is deeply rooted. Thus, while they never fail in rituals, they rarely approach the shrine without cause.

Suddenly, a man's voice dropped from above. Looking up, a giant man with white hair fluttering in the wind was sitting on the roof of the main hall, looking down.
