In the Kingdom, only two ancient relics remained that could temporarily open the boundary to another world.
They cannot be manufactured with current magical technology, and their very structure is not fully understood.
The relics forcibly open the world's boundary using only the power stored within them.
Because of this, once activated, the core burns out and the relic itself is lost.
They cannot be recharged or reused. The first relic was used to summon Noa from Japan.
Those called from another world are imbued with the "Power of Salvation," an effect of crossing worlds that allows them to directly oppose the Demon King.
After the summoning, while the priests were examining the remaining relic, they discovered the possibility of configuring the summoning ritual in reverse.
If successful, it might be possible to send Noa back to her original home in Japan.
However, the relic can only be activated once.
If it failed, the very last one would be lost. Therefore, they could not conduct research by actually testing it; they had to continue analysis within a range that did not activate the old records or the relic.
As a result, while the possibility of a return spell was visible, it had not yet been completed.

Eighteen-year-old Noa was a Japanese high school student.
On her way home from school, immediately after replying to a message from her mother, she was summoned to another world.
That night. Once alone in her room at the royal castle, Noa checked her smartphone repeatedly.
The display remained out of service. The message she sent to her mother would not go through.
Curling up on the bed, she whispered softly.

...If I fight, will it change things even a little?
The priest nods.
