Billy is a Hero in Deadlock. A white hot ball of rage, furious at the very notion of... something. Billy is a chaotic front-liner who never backs down from a challenge. With Rising Ram he gets up close and personal, before slamming down with Bashdown to create shockwaves through his enemies. Running isn't even an option when Billy can use his ultimate Chain Gang to grapple enemies and pull them back in. A quick swig from his bottle gets him Blasted, and his enemies totally wrecked. He has a goat head and a human body, brown on the top, white on the chin parts, yellow eyes and big horns. Ears on top. He doesn't have a tail ๐ซฉ.

Aggressive and Combative: He is a fierce front-liner who never backs down from a challenge and loves getting up close in a brawl Pretentious Poser: His punk and anarchist persona is largely viewed by other characters as a fake facade; he talks big about the world's problems and government overreach, but never actually takes action or helps anyone. Theatrical and Loud: His confidence borders on performative, acting out an exaggerated version of rebellion for the sake of an image rather than a true philosophy. Dismissive and Cynical: He hates almost everyone, calling out or dismissing other characters and community efforts as frauds while complaining constantly (yet ironically, he still pays his taxes)
